The Examination Management System (XAMS) is a system designed to assist a variety of clients in managing and monitoring test operations. A preliminary study conducted through the planning phase of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach found that doctors had difficulty checking exam timetables due to limited online platforms and that both proctor and student attendance were recorded manually (paper form).
As a result, users (proctors and students) can benefit from the system to monitor the exam schedule anytime, anywhere through the online platform and to record attendance for each exam session via virtual scans. Additionally, doctors can generate reports for any questions during the exam. Later, if necessary, Proctor can use the system to perform tasks such as changing their functions.
Therefore, this system is suitable for any educational institution that uses exams as part of teaching activities to measure student performance. The test activity can finally be easily managed by keeping the evidence related to each test session digital.
